DAY -1: Arrival at Madurai.
Checking into a Hotel at Madurai.Visit the Meenakshi Temple, Tirupparankundram, Alagarkoil, Thirumalai Nayak's Palace and overnight stay at Madurai
Day-2: Drive to Kodaikanal
It is called the "Princess of Hills” in South India. The winding road uphill with lush vegetation is a feast for your eyes. You will stop enroute at various view points capturing stunning pictures of this lovely Hill. Upon arrival at Kodaikanal checking into a hotel and free evening to relax. Day-3: Kodaikanal sightseeing.
Breakfast at residing hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing. Visiting Coaker's walk – provides a beautiful walk through the paved pedestrian path. Pine forest – one among the preserved treasures of Kodaikanal which would mesmerize the tourist by its beautiful ambiance. Green valley view has an excellent panoramic view. Bryant Park – is a wonderfully maintained 20.5 acres of Garden you can end the day at famous Kodaikanal lake in the heart of Kodaikanal. Day-4: Kodaikanal to Ooty.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Ooty – also known as Nilgiris. Enroute to Ooty sightseeing at Coonoor. Visiting Sim's park - a beautiful Botanical garden. Lambs Rock, Dolphin nose - a stunning view point situated more than 1000 feet above the sea level. After sightseeing driving to Ooty. Overnight stay at a hotel in Ooty.
Day-5: Sightseeing in Ooty
After Breakfast, check out and driving to a sightseeing tour. Visiting famous Botanical Garden spread over a huge area of 22 hectares, with more than 650 species of flowers and trees. The Doddabetta peak, at an altitude of 8606 feet, is the highest point of South India. The view of Nilgiris from here is breathtaking.The Rose Garden-located in the heart of Ooty is one of the largest rose gardens in India and also a popular tourist attraction. The garden is spread over 10 acres of land and it has the largest collection of roses in the country. End your day at the Ooty Lake- a 2.5 km long lake. You can indulge in many activities like Boating, Cycling, Horse Riding etc. (Overnight stay at the hotel in Ooty).
Day-6: Ooty to Mudumalai.
Checking out after the breakfast. Drive to Mudumalai-one of the largest wildlife reserve in South India. On arrival meet the naturalist and onward towards various jungle activities available for the day, as per your choice on direct payment basis. (Overnight stay at hotel in Mudumalai).
Day-7: Mudumalai to Mysore.
Tour of Mysore visiting-The famous Palace of Mysore, built in 1912 in the Indo Saracenic Style. This palace exudes a grandeur that is unmatched and then on to “The “Jeyachanarajendra Art Gallery” housed in the Jagan Mohan Palace.That has a collection of exquisite paintings dating back to 1875.Onward visit the Bull Temple in the middle of the hill on the way to Chamundi Temple and then to visit "Chamundi Hill Temple” at the height of 1062 meters. In the evening visit to the beautiful Brindavan Garden. (Overnight stay at hotel in Mysore)
Day-8: Mysore to Bangalore.
After breakfast drive to Bangalore. Enroute visiting the “Tippu Sultan's Summer Palace” at Srirengapatnam. The tour ends on this day. Departure transfer to Bangalore Airport/Railway Station for your return journey.
